I just don't fucking get it.
And yeah, I can't believe how many moods I've been through this year, and it's only the first half. This is the year of serious mood swings....seriously the year I've been most depressed, the year I've been the happiest, and the year where I've just gotten sicker of a whole lot of things. It's like a never-ending cycle, and I don't even know if I can take the low parts anymore.
Yes, so LJ's being a turd and until SA gets their servers back up I'm here.
This weekend was marked primarily by the influx of Final Fantasy XII related entries on my friends list. To all of you who have a copy, I'd like to say this: you guys suck. I am supremely jealous :( On the upside, I did go over to Paul's house to watch him play his copy of the game, but it's nothing like owning the game yourself and enjoying it all.
I have to say that in addition to Basch, I really love Fran. She's pretty farking awesome. And Balthier? I don't like Balthier as much as I thought I would, and am I the only one who doesn't think that his voice matches his face? It's like..way too deep or something. I dunno. That could just be me. The ADB battle system is really fun, especially the line things. I am really amused by the line things, aha. But on the downside, I really don't like the license system. I mean, you need a license for every single weapon/accessory you get?? Not cool! It makes for a more tedious game! Love love the gambit system though. And why is leveling so hard?
Yeah, but all in all I still want my own copy. It's not like I'd really have a chance to play, but knowing me I'd probably make time.
And I really hate Calculus...it boggles my mind. Now my brain hurts.
What's the best way to spend a rainy day?

Inside and bundled up under blankets with the AC turned down until it's really cold. And then nap.

NO MORE PROGRESS ON COLLEGE APPS, GAH. I'm so entirely busy this weekend too...I'm afraid that I won't even finish by the early decision deadline anymore!!

Work on college applications and study for SAT2s. Ahaha.

Yeah, so I'm totally not liking UPenn's prompt because I'm not creative.
4a. Describe the courses of study and the unique characteristics of the University of Pennsylvania that most interest you. Why do these interests make you a good match for Penn?
5a. (optional but I'm doing it as a back up because I know the mandatory will turn out like crap) You have just completed your 300-page autobiography. Please submit page 217.
And then there's UT's prompts, which I can completely fudge because I'm already guaranteed in thanks to the top 10% law Texas has. I don't think I will, because I'm applying to BHP (their Honors Business program) which is extremely competitive and they'll probably look at this.

B. Many students expand their view of the world during their time in college. Such growth often results from encounters between students who have lived different cultural, economic, or academic experiences. With your future growth in mind, describe a potential classmate that you believe you could learn from either within or outside a formal classroom environment.
Problems: I have no idea which classmate of mine I could learn from. I can't find the essay I wrote for my AP English teacher last year which would totally save me from writing Essay A. AHH!
